ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 417, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 472 of IPC, in Crime No.2 of 2014, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners and other accused created a bogus death certificates in the name of Sanitary workers and availed monetary benefits. Thus, on complaint, a case has been registered against the petitioners. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are the innocent persons and they did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the investigation is not yet completed. 5.The submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side are considered.

6.It is alleged, during the time of occurrence, the petitioners and other accused in this case, created a bogus death certificate in the name of Sanitary workers and availed monetary benefits, as if they are members of Anna Labour Union. As per the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the investigation reveals, the petitioners and other accused created bogus Court orders and bogus fake First Information Report, with an intention to create a false document for the purpose of claiming funeral expenses and death benefits. So, the offences committed by the petitioners need extensive investigation, the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is very much necessary. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
