ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 10.09.2014 and take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint only to the Superintendent of Police.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the respondent No.2 on 11.08.2015 along with a fresh complaint and thereafter, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed to register the F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted.

5. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
