Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.JEYAKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22912 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Section 302 of IPC in Crime No.272 of 2018, while granting bail.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, weekly once i.e., Friday at 10.30 am. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
