PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to draw polluted water from the petitioner's well in S.F.No.927/4 situated at Punjai Pugalur South Village, Pugalur Taluk, Karur District for carrying polluted water to the M-Sand production by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2019 within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for police protection to draw polluted water from the petitioner's well in S.F.No.927/4 situated at Punjai Pugalur South Village, Pugalur Taluk, Karur District for carrying polluted water to the M-Sand production. 2.This Court cannot find any materials to show that the water is polluted and if at all the petitioner draws the water, this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.1543 of 2020 is of the view that no blanket directions could be issued. Therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
