ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner, based on the representations dated 20.12.2022 and 10.01.2023. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already filed a suit in O.S.No.4 of 2018 against the respondents 3 to 5 and obtained permanent injunction and the appeal filed against the said decree and judgment was also dismissed. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the representations given by the petitioner, the private respondents have raised objections and that the second respondent is ready to provide protection at the time of survey. He would further submit that the petitioner has already filed a petition in W.P(MD)No.28507 of 2022, seeking directions to the Tahsildar and the Taluk Head Surveyor concerned to conduct survey and fix boundaries of the petitioner's land in S.F.Nos.38/2 and 18/1B 2/5

situated at Kunnathoor Village, Viralimalai Taluk, Pudukkottai District, and this Court has issued directions, vide order, dated 14.12.2022. 4.Considering the submissions made on either side, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation, dated 10.01.2023 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
