ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.3 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 120(b), 467 and 477(A) of I.P.C., in Crime No.12 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the matter has been settled before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench.

3. The Mediation Centre has sent a report dated 09.02.2015 stating that the matter has been amicably settled.

4. Considering the fact that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Mediation Centre, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi, Trichy District and on executing own bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

5. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
