Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.ARUN PRASAD, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22945 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections of IPC r/w 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Act in Crime No.218 of 2018, while granting bail.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
