ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by the third respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the third respondent gave a false complaint and also criminally intimated the petitioner's mother to vacate the house. He further submitted that already the third respondent filed a suit before the learned District Munsif, Virudhunagar District, and that being so, he has lodged a false complaint before the second respondent and based on the said complaint, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the third respondent, an enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed as dispute https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in civil nature hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
