ORDER

The wife, who is facing proceedings for divorce in H.M.O.P.No.978 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, seeks transfer of the said petition to the Principal Sub Court, Tirunelveli.

2. Transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience as the wife is the resident of Tirunelveli and the proceedings in the Family Court requires the presence of the parties for every hearing.

3. Considering the convenience of the wife and the husband, H.M.O.P.No.978 of 2018 is withdrawn from the file of the Family https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

TR.C.M.P.(MD) No.45 of 2020 Court, Madurai and transferred to the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tirunelveli, since the proceedings in Sub Court do not require the presence of the parties for every hearing.

4. This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed in the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
