O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order of this court made in W.P(MD)No.22692 of 2022, dated 28/09/2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that enquiry was undertaken by the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Police Station, Kanyakumari District, on the basis of CSR No.316 of 2022 and it was closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 30/01/2023 and the closure report copy was also sent to the petitioner through RPD, on 31/01/2023 itself. 3.Recording the above said, this contempt petition is closed, since noting survives for further consideration.
