This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.101 of 2017, on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that due to previous enmity the second respondent has lodged a false complaint against the petitioners herein and based on the said complaint the F.I.R., has been registered under Sections 294(b), 341, 323, 324 and 506(i) of I.P.C.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that already charge sheet has been filed on 23.06.2017, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, but sofar, the case was not taken on file.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi is directed to verify if already charge sheet has been filed then he has to take the case on file without further delay.
