ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that already the third respondent gave a complaint before the Inspector of Police, Palam Police Station, Tirunelveli District, based on the said complaint, the Inspector of Police, Palam Police Station, has harassed the petitioner and hence, the petitioner has filed a petition in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.66 of 2018, and when the same came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that already the complaint was closed and after recording the same, the said petition was disposed of. He further submitted that after disposal of the aforesaid petition, the third respondent gave another complaint before the second respondent herein, in respect of the same facts and based on the said complaint, the second respondent is harassing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that the third respondent gave a complaint before the second respondent on 24.01.2018 and after receipt of the said complaint, enquiry has been conducted by the second respondent and the same has been closed on 15.02.2018, directing the third respondent to approach the Civil Court and get appropriate remedy. 4.Recording the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
