PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.482 of BNSS PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Cr.No. 74 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 318(3), 321, 351(2) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No. 74 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that all the offences are bailable in nature and hence, the petition is not maintainable.

3. This Court also perused the records and on perusal, it is observed that the offences involved in this case are under Sections 296(b), 318(3), 321, 351(2) of BNS, 2023, which are bailable in nature. Hence, there is no question of granting anticipatory bail. 2/4
