No.25/1989) to get along with the hassle free administration of its college by replacing the name of Friends of Kottar, (Reg. No. 9/1980) in the light of the order passed in W.P.(MD) No. 3872 of 2023 dated 20.03.2024 as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation prescribed by this Court.

ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by a President of the self financing college challenging the order passed by the second respondent wherein the request of the petitioner to approve his secretaryship has been rejected.
2. A perusal of the impugned order reveals that the petitioner's college is a self financing college and the President and the Secretaryship of the said college does not require any approval from the competent authorities. 2/4
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents submitted that such an approval has not contemplated under the Act.
4. In view of the above said facts, no further orders are called for in the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petitin stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. 22.01.2026 NCC :yes/No Index :yes/No Internet:yes/No RJR To
