This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by intervening the civil dispute between the petitioner and his tenant Navaraj Prasath.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that the petition has been enquired and the same has been closed and hence, there is no harassment made by the respondent police.

3. Recording the said submission, this petition is closed. It is made clear that in the absence of any complaint, the respondents shall not harass the petitioner.
