The petitioners have been arrayed as an accused in Crime No.14 of 2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, a Joint compromise memo has been filed duly signed by the parties and their respective counsels, wherein it has been stated that Crime No.14 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police may be quashed. 3.This Court also perused the Joint Compromise memo along with other materials available in the typed set of papers and satisfy that the proceedings initiated against these Petitioners in Crime No.14 of 2015 is liable to be quashed and no useful purpose will be served in keeping the Petition pending further.

4. In view of the same, the criminal Original Petition is allowed in terms of compromise and Crime No.14 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent stands quashed. The Joint Compromise memo shall form part of the order.
