ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.74 of 2021, dated 10.02.2021, on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case, the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, vide reference, CNR.No.TN KK 18009267/22.

3. At this juncture, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is a case of the year 2021, hence a direction may be issued to the learned Magistrate to take the final report on file and dispose of the trial as expeditiously as possible.

4. Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, to take the final report filed in C.N.R.No.TN KK 18009267/22, on file, number it and conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably, 2/4
