The matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time for trail Court".

2.By order, dated 31.01.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.7 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.47/2026, dated 20.01.2026, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further time to comply with the order, dated 31.01.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.
