ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.27 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the case in P.R.C.No.27 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi has been committed to the learned Additional Sessions Court, Tenkasi in S.C.No.512 of 2015 and the trial has also been commenced. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. However, the personal appearance of the petitioner before the Court below is dispensed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with, except the dates of hearing, on which, the learned Additional Sessions Court insisted upon the petitioner to appear before the Court.
