This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned enquiry notice No.Aa1/Cr.P.C.110/303/2015 dated 09.06.2015 under 110 Cr.P.C on the file of the first respondent. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Hence, no further adjudication is required in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
