PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR.25038 of 2017:

To prefer this memorandum of Civil Revision Petition against the consequential docket order dated 01.12.2015 passed in the Fair and Final order dated 18.11.2015 made in I.A.No.73 of 2015 in O.S.No.139 of 2011 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Madurai.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SANTHOSHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.M.V.VENKATASESHAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Delay of 498 days in filing would stand condoned on payment of Rs.1,000(Rupees One Thousand Only) to the other side counsel within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition would stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
