Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent Nos.1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 to take action against the respondents 7 and 9 who are repeatedly harassing the petitioner and to take action on the basis of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 09.01.2021 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The petitioner is said to have availed financial assistance from the sixth respondent. Due to pandemic situation, the petitioner was unable to repay the monthly dues. 3.The allegation of the petitioner is that the financier has been sending goondas and recovery agents and is harassing the petitioner.

In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation to the second respondent. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the second respondent to take action on his complaint. In similar cases, I have taken the view that it is entirely for the second respondent to take such action as he deems fit and it is not for this Court to issue any particular direction. 4.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
