Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner received notice from the respondent on 30.12.2022. In fact, enquiry date was also 30.12.2022. Therefore, the petitioner wants one more opportunity to be provided to him. I wanted to know from the respondent as to whether final order has been passed. It is stated that no final order has been passed. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent on 10.02.2023 at 03.00 pm. The respondent shall pass final order only after giving due opportunity to the petitioner.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
