ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 28.10.2017.

2.Heard Mr.S.Seenivasagam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Prabhu Ramachandran learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that one A.Ganeshkumar was working as a Branch Manager of Ponnamaravathy Branch of Asirvad Micro Finance Limited. The said A.Ganesh Kumar, has collected a sum of Rs.2,61,985/-, from the Selfhttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

help groups, but he has not issued receipt and also not gave credit to the petitioner's account and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 28.10.2017 and 29.11.2017, but sofar, no action has been taken.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, CSR.No.215 of 2017 was issued and enquiry has been conducted and after enquiry the complaint was closed on 07.12.2017, as the dispute is civil in nature.

5.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under the law.
