Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 2.The petitioner had moved the jurisdictional Magistrate and obtained direction under Section 156(3) of CrPC. His grievance is that even thereafter, the respondent police have not taken action. The respondent police allege that the petitioner has not cooperated with the investigation. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 05.02.2022 at 11.00 am. The respondent police will enquire the petitioner and take action as per the law laid down in Lalita Kumari's case.
