Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.PANDIYARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22351 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of IPC r/w. 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Development and Regulation Act, 1957 in Crime No.162 of 2018, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
