Respondent/Respondent (In Both) These Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed Under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code to withdraw the HMOP Nos.43 and 251 of 2015 respectively on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court Tenkasi and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court,Coimbatore.

ORDER:- These Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the grounds of petition and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi vide letter D.No.280 Dated 28/01/2019 and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S P.MANIANANDH, Advocate for the Petitioner and this Court made the following order:

By order dated 17.07.2018, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of H.M.O.P.Nos.43 and 251 of 2015, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has submitted a letter, dated 28.01.2019, wherein it is stated that the learned counsel appearing for the respondent / husband filed a memo informing that against the order dated 16.11.2018 passed in I.A.No.129 of 2018, the respondent / husband has filed C.R.P(MD)No.2868 of 2018 before this Court and the same is posted on 22.01.2019 and therefore, requested further time to comply with the order dated 17.07.2018. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband would state that C.R.P (MD)No.2868 of 2018 is dismissed, vide order dated 25.01.2019. 4.Therefore, two months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 17.07.2018.
