The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.333 of 2024 1/3

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint stating that his country hen was found missing and the accused, who theft the hen had abused the petitioner in filthy language and threatened with dire consequences. The complaint of the petitioner was enquired in Crime No.333 of 2024 and the same was closed as mistake of fact on 30.09.2024.
