COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to quash the charge sheets in C.C.Nos.101 & 102 of 2002 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram. 2.Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the trial in these cases, has already been commenced and 10 witnesses have been examined.

3.Therefore, at this stage, these quash petitions cannot be considered. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. However, the personal appearance of the petitioner before the Court below is dispensed with, except the dates of hearing, on which, the learned Judicial Magistrate insisted upon the petitioner to appear before the Court.
