ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to conduct investigation and to file the charge sheet in Crime No.134 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that charge sheet has already been filed and taken on file in C.C.No.30 of 2016.

3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
