ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the 3rd respondent herein under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

2. The petitioner herein has already preferred an appeal before the second respondent on 20.12.2025 and the same is pending. In such circumstances, when the petitioner has already filed a statutory appeal before the competent authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. The second respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the writ petitioner after giving due opportunity to the 4th respondent and dispose of the same within a period of 3(three) months from the date of receipf of a copy of this order.

3. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
