ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in respect of Crime No.900 of 2022 and to file charge sheet.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police, after completing the investigation, has closed the complaint as mistake of fact and in this regard, RCS notice was not served to the petitioner, as the petitioner was not residing at the address given by her.

3.Recording the said submission, the respondent is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Court, within a period of ten days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
