ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 19.11.2017.

2.Heard Mr.D.Rameshkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Prabhu Ramachandran learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is having a land in his village and the opposite party have filed a suit in O.S.No.226 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Court, Pudukkottai and the same was dismissed for default. Thereafter, they are trying to grab the petitioner's land and also abused the petitioner and criminally intimidated him, and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 19.11.2017, but sofar, no action has been taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the

respondents has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 07.03.2018, as the dispute is civil in nature.
