This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioners and his family members under the guise of an enquiry.

2. Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent with the third respondent was registered in N4/27751/3154/3/2020 and posted for enquiry.
