ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 09.01.2018.

2.Heard Mr.A.K.Manickam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Prabhu Ramachandran learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is all owner of the land situated in Survey Nos.1494/1A and 1497/1, at Devathanappatti. He further submitted that on 09.01.2018, the petitioner found that some persons have plucked 5,000/- (Five Thousands) coconuts worth about Rs.1 lakh, from the aforesaid land and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 09.01.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that already a civil dispute is pending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

between the petitioner and one Rathnasamy, who is the brother of the petitioner and hence, the said complaint was closed on 07.03.2018. 5.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, which is available under the law.
