ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.252 of 2015 under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 307, 397, 506(ii) and 379 (NH) IPC from the first respondent to CBCID Police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that charge sheet has already been filed on 10.10.2015 and taken on file in P.R.C.No.47 of 2016.

3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
