O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.178 of 2016 within a period that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that this case was referred as mistake of fact on 05.05.2016 and to the effect, a report has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that no RCS notice has been served on the petitioner.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of. The respondent is directed to send RCS notice to the petitioner by RPAD within a period of two weeks from today. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, which is available under law.
