O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in respect of the petition mentioned lands.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the eviction proceedings have been initiated against the petitioner's husband.

4. If that be so, the third respondent shall pass a formal order on the petitioner's request and communicate the same to the petitioner so that the petitioner can take recourse to appropriate relief available under law. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
