ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.01.2018.

2.Heard Mr.S.T.Sasidharan Tamilkani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Prabhu Ramachandran learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has entered into a contract with the proposed accused for constructing of a building and in pursuance of the said contract, the petitioner has constructed the building and completed 90% of work, but, thereafter, suddenly the proposed accused persons stopped further work. He further submitted that the proposed accused is bound to pay a sum of Rs.40,000/-, towards the work, which was already done by the petitioner and when the same was demanded, the proposed accused threatened the petitioner with dire https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consequences by using filthy language and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 12.01.2018, before the second respondent, but sofar, no action has been taken.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that after receipt of the complaint enquiry was conducted and the same was disposed of on 08.03.2018, as the dispute is civil in nature.

5.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, which is available under the law.
