ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the intervenor submitted that the parties have appeared before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench and as per the compromise reached before the Mediation Centre, the accused Nos.2 and 3 have executed a registered Will, dated 06.10.2015 vide document No.108/2015 in Sub Registrar Office, Palliyadi. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners filed an affidavit of the petitioners/accused Nos.2 & 3, dated 07.10.2015 stating that they will not cancel the said Will and the same can be treated as an irrevocable deed and if any cancellation made, it shall be treated as null and void. 3.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the intervenor and the affidavit filed by the petitioners dated 07.10.2015, the interim bail already granted by this Court is made absolute.
