O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed by the respondent in D.V.C.No.4 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate at Padmanabhapuram to direct the said Magistrate to dispose of the case in D.V.C.No.4 of 2017 at early.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the respondent herein has filed an application under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and the same has been taken on file in D.V.C.No.4 of 2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram. He further submitted that along with the said petition, the respondent has filed an application, seeking interim maintenance, in which, the learned Judicial Magistrate has passed an order, directing the petitioner herein to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- as maintenance, per month and the petitioner also complied with the said order. He further submitted that the other respondents are his parents and relatives and hence, he requests this Court to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram to dispose of the aforesaid case in D.V.C.No.4 of 2017 at early.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram is directed to dispose of D.V.C.No.4 of 2017 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
