ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 and A2 in Crime No.329 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.07.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 448 and 506(i) of I.P.C., and Section 3 of PPD Act, and hence, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 22.07.2015 due to previous enmity, the accused trespassed into the house of the de-facto complainant and damaged the household articles to the tune of Rs.30,000/-. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioners are ready to deposit Rs.2,000/- each to the credit of Crime No.329 of 2015 without prejudice to their right in the criminal case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that no one sustained injury in the alleged occurrence. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees Two Thousand only) each to the credit of Crime No.329 of 2015 before the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate, Lalgudi within a period of two weeks and on receipt of the same, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
