ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who are arrayed as A2 and A3, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406 and 506(i) IPC, in Crime No.6 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. According to the de-facto complainant the petitioners 2 and 3 demanded dowry and harassed her.

3. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that they are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the first petitioner is the sister-in-law and got married long back and residing with her husband and the second petitioner is the stranger of the de-facto complainant.

4. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and also considering the fact, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions.

6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or on their appearance before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Sivakasi, on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

7.
