ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to comply with the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai District passed in Cr.M.P.No.5342 of 2019, dated 27.09.2019.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that in due compliance of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai District, the respondent police have registered a case in crime No.13 of 2020, dated 30.01.2020 as against one Sivanthal and 19 others for the offence under Sections 147, 447, 427, 379 IPC. 3.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
