3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.199 of 2017, charge sheet has been filed and the case is pending in S.T.C. No. 123 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thoothukudi.
