This petition filed under Section 482 of Crl.P.C. to extend the time limit fixed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.15525 of 2019, dt 24.10.2019.

Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 15525/ 2019 :

This petition filed under Section 482 of Crl.P.C. to Modify the condition imposed in in Crl.M.P NO. 10214/2019 dated 15.10.2019 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli that the Petitioners have to deposit a sum Rs. 10000/- each before before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Shencottah.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.15525 of 2019, dated 24/10/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. He further submitted that the case was committed to the Sessions Court in P.R.C.No.53 of 2019. Hence, they pray to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is ordered and the time for surrender and executing the sureties is extended by two more weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
