ORDER
This petition is filed praying to direct the Juvenile Justice Board, Trichy, to accept the surrender of the petitioner before the Juvenile Justice Board at Tiruchirappalli, in connection with the Crime No.153 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and to consider the bail application filed by the petitioner on the same day. 2.Head the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side)appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner, who is aged about 17 years, is alleged to have committed an offences under Sections 452, 294(b), 325, 427 of IPC. It is stated by the petitioner that there was no such occurrence as alleged by the defacto complainant in the said complaint.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the Juvenile Justice Board to co-operate with the prosecution and his petition for bail may be ordered to be considered on the same day.
5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would oppose the said request.

6. Considering the submission of the petitioner and considering the fact and circumstances by issuing a direction to the
Juvenile Justice Board, Trichirappalli, to dispose of the petition for bail on the same day, no prejudice would be caused to the prosecution, the following direction is issued to the Juvenile Justice Board, Trichirappalli:- "In the event of the petitioner surrendering before the Juvenile Justice Board and his filing of petition seeking bail, the Juvenile Justice Board, Trichirappalli, shall dispose of the said petition for bail on the same day strictly on merits and in accordance with law."
7. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
