2. The matter again be posted today (i.e) on 09.03.2015. Again there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

3. The reading of the First Information Report informs commission of a case registered in Crime No.238 of 2014, on the file of the second respondent informs commission of offence under Sections 147, 148, 506(ii) of IPC and Sec. 3(1)(x) of SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act.

4. We find no merits in this petition. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
