ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.BALAMURUGAPANDI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The matter has been listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner.

2. On the side of the revision petitioner, it is stated that this Court has ordered the petitioner to re-present the H.M.O.P. petition before the concerned Court, in C.R.P.(MD)No.186 of 2020, dated 04.02.2020, but, the order as to the return of the original H.M.O.P. petition is not mentioned in the above order and hence, he prayed for a direction for return of the original H.M.O.P. petition.

3.
