JUDGMENT

2.We consciously refrain from the tracing the trajectory of events that have led to the filing of this writ appeal. 3.The learned Additional Advocate General produced copy of the proceedings dated 16.06.2025 issued by the Director, Tamil Nadu Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Hospital, Chennai. It is seen therefrom that the contesting private respondent herein had been transferred to Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli Region. We make it clear that the third respondent herein shall not be brought back to Thoothukudi District till 2/4
the criminal case registered against him is disposed on. Even in future also, the department will be mindful of the concerns expressed by the appellant herein.
4.Recording the subsequent development and with the aforesaid direction, the writ appeal is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
